Effective nebulisation with optimal particle size
Cirrus II nebuliser kit from Intersurgical has an optimal particle size of MMAD 2,7 µm. 99,5 % of droplets are below 5 µm, and 78,5 % of the medication volume consists of particles between 1 and 5 µm — the range providing the best deposition in the airways.
Practical design and simple operation
The nebuliser chamber has a screw cap and graduated ml scale. Medication cannot become trapped in the threads. The kit functions at angles of up to 90° and withstands pressure of up to 80 cm H2O. The recommended flow rate is 6–8 l/min with O2 or air as the driving gas, depending on the person's condition. Intended for single use (one person).
