Frequently asked questions about patches
Do the patches stick to all hook-and-loop?
They attach to loop panels, that is the soft, fuzzy side, which is found on most vests, backpacks and sleeve pockets in this range. They do not attach to smooth fabric, to mesh or to another patch. Check that the garment really has a loop panel of the right size.
Which size fits on the sleeve?
The small formats, 25–100 mm wide, are intended for sleeves and pocket flaps. The large ones — 260 mm — are made for the chest or back of a vest. Always measure the panel first: a patch that sticks out beyond it only attaches over part of its surface and starts to come loose at the corners.
Why are there two versions of the instructor patch?
Both the Swedish INSTRUKTÖR and the English INSTRUCTOR are available, because the choice depends on who is going to read the patch. For Swedish in-house training the Swedish one works; on international courses or with mixed groups the English one is clearer. The dimensions are the same, 100 × 25 mm.
