We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from milistuff.com. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review the details below to understand our return and refund policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 For customers within the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right
to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
1.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at
support@milistuff.com before the 14-day period expires.
Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Return Process
2.1 Once we confirm your request, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). We recommend
using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product(s).
2.2 Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and, if possible, in their original packaging
with all accessories and documentation included.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not
provide prepaid return labels for ordinary returns.
3.2 If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact us before
sending it back. In such cases, we may cover the return shipping cost.
4. Condition of Returned Products
4.1 You have the right to inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature,
characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been used more than needed for this purpose, we
reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly to account for any loss in value.
4.2 Items returned with signs of excessive use or damage beyond normal inspection may not qualify for a
full refund.
5. Refunds
5.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method, unless
otherwise agreed.
5.2 The refunded amount will exclude any shipping costs you have already paid at checkout, unless we
delivered an incorrect or defective item.
5.3 If applicable, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping charges from your total refund or
invoice you separately for those costs, depending on our prior agreement.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at
support@milistuff.com. Provide your order number and clear
images or a description of the defect/damage.
6.2 Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. In cases of defective or
damaged items, we cover return shipping if we request the item to be sent back.
