Single-use bag-valve mask for children
Laerdal The BAG II with mask number 3 is a single-use bag-valve mask sized for children weighing 10–20 kg. The single-use design eliminates the risk of contamination and the need for cleaning. The transparent mask seals tightly against the child’s face and allows lip colour and secretions to be monitored.
Five components for complete ventilation
The system has five main components. The joint between the mask and bag rotates 360 degrees, allowing an unrestricted working position. The yellow PVC bag has an ergonomic design that provides clear feedback on lung response and helps prevent overventilation. A pressure-limiting valve at 35 mm H2O protects the child’s lungs from excessive pressure.
Oxygen supply up to 100 %
The BAG II has an oxygen reservoir in a closed system with Star-Lumen universal tubing. Connect it directly to the flow meter without an adapter — the system delivers an oxygen concentration of 98–100 %. The product is latex-free and CE-marked.
